I am always a little behind at updating everyone with what is going on behind the scenes here at Signature Photos. This spring we under took a little remodel project here at the studio. And when I say we I mean mostly my AMAZING family and friends! It always amazes me how they rally behind me to support me and my business in any way they can. When talking over ways to make the studio more effective for me, my dad and I came up with the idea of building and installing counters that can serve as desks, consultation area, and storage! We spent countless evenings drawing up plans, running to the hardware store, hammering, sawing, drilling, taking break at the local ice cream shop, and of course laughing! I tried to more diligent about capture the whole project this time.
We started by spending several of our evenings in the garage building, sanding, and painting the counters.

Needless to say I was usually covered in paint by the end of each evening.

Time was spent hauling all the old counters out of the studio and making room for the new ones!

We had to take dinner breaks in the parking lot! We LOVE having Purdue’s right across the road!

And finally the day came to show off the finished product for Merchant’s Day this year!

I love the new space and have been taking full advantage of it! Thanks you to everyone who stopped to see it on Merchants Day!
